South African artist William Kentridge, inspired by Charlie Chaplin and Dziga Vertov, offers, through the medium of film, a record of his creative work during the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic. Kentridge and his collaborators are presented in action, while discoveries related to culture, History, politics and profound truths about the ways we live and think today are revealed through the making of artworks.
