The exhibition “Emotional Intelligences” explores emotions as a fundamental form of social intelligence, emphasizing their importance in an era dominated by artificial intelligence and indifference. Inspired by Daniel Goleman’s book “Emotional Intelligence”, it invites reflection on the value of empathy in human relationships.
Featuring artworks from the 1990s to the present, many from the Mart Collections, the exhibition creates connections between contemporary art and psychological sciences, also including site-specific interventions and local loans.
The project is the result of a collaboration with students from the University of Trento, who actively participated in the curatorial process as part of the “Officina Espositiva” program, working closely with Mart professionals.
