Domenico Antonio Mancini, with his installation Sei Dieffenbachia, is the second artist selected to activate SCONFINA.
Mancini’s intervention arises from the urgency of exploring a political issue close to his heart: the right to housing, linking it to the history of public social housing and its accessibility. In Sei Dieffenbachia, Mancini translates his political reflections into a poetic work, addressing the need for intervention, whether publicly or collectively.
By doing politics without explicitly talking about it and flipping the relationship between objects, the artist invites passersby on Via Aleardi to take action.
